Gauri Deshpande is an Associate with Arch + Beam with over six years of experience across distressed asset resolution, real estate investment and financial institution analysis.

Prior to Arch + Beam, Gauri was an Investments Analyst covering acquisitions and asset management at DivcoWest. Earlier in her career, she served as a Resolutions Specialist and Financial Institutions Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, supporting failed-bank resolutions and distressed asset dispositions, and worked in investment banking at Moelis & Company. 

Gauri has a strong track record of valuing distressed assets, assessing credit and collateral risk across asset classes and advising senior stakeholders on complex transactions and portfolio strategy.

Ms. Deshpande holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from American University.
