Michael Bloom is a Managing Director with Arch + Beam and has 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and senior leadership. His earlier career in investment banking and investment management provided the analytical foundation to resolve complex financial and operational problems through both discrete and strategic analysis. 

He has a particular expertise in crisis management, cash flow management, process improvement, and operational and financial analysis. Mr. Bloom has twelve years of C-level experience, is data driven and focuses on continuous improvement. He is a believer in developing and executing highly specific tactical plans. 

Mr. Bloom has functional expertise in financial analysis, data analysis and accounting, andt uses these skills to provide management with data driven tools for decision making. His operational experience includes assignments in HVAC equipment, healthcare, metals trading, metals forging, wholesale distribution, and digital media. His M&A experience includes assignments in oil & gas, health care, traditional media, and telecommunications. 

Mr. Bloom has a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
